Saturday May 30th Wrestlers from Parkland High Traveled to Delaware Valley High School (Milford PA) to compete in the 4th annual Warrior Duals. Coached by Derek Jenkins and Matt Spengler they completed the day undefeated with a 5 - 0 record. Congratulations to all wrestlers that competed. Outstanding job wrestlers and coaches!

 The level of competition was extremely high. Most all of our wrestlers were able to compete against State Champions and State Place finishers from across the country.

This is the highest number of Regional Qualifiers from Parkland in the past decade. Who of the "Trojan 9" will advance to States? Come check out the action this Friday and Saturday at the NE Regional Tournament at Freedom High School.

Sunday, February 15
Parkland JV Wrestlers Have another great showing @ the 2009 D11 JV Tournament.
7 out of 15 of our Trojan wrestlers medaled with Cory Bruder winning his bracket at 189lbs. The team finished third place overall behind Northampton (1st) and Liberty (2nd). Individual results are as follows.
119 - Ron Beimel, 4th 130 - Jack Kottler, 6th 145 - William Hansford, 2nd 152 - Ryan Irwin, 4th 160 - Neil Sprenkle, 3rd 189 - Cory Bruder, 1st 285 - Joe Canelon, 3rd Overall it was a really strong showing by the team. Most of the boys weren't eliminated until late in the afternoon on Saturday. They kept Coach Spangler and Coach Jenkins running all over the gym.
